Refund policy

Refund Policy for Online Sales

 

It is the intent of Aspiring Walls to ensure customer satisfaction is a priority and as such our Return Policy is fair and reasonable. 

 

Please order accurately as all sales are final and Aspiring Walls will not accept returns for overage. Upon receipt of the material, carefully inspect all products before cutting and hanging. Confirm that you received the correct pattern, batch number and quantity. Should you be dissatisfied with the quality of your goods, please contact Aspiring Walls immediately.

 

To be eligible for a return, you must put a request in to be approved by Aspiring Walls to ensure it meets the following criteria:

  • It must be a product purchased from Aspiring Walls.
  • Your item(s) must be in the same condition that it was received in and in a saleable condition; the goods must not be opened or damaged.
  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. 
  • Receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Return approval is at the sole discretion of Aspiring Walls.

 

Non-returnable items

  • End-of-line/ clearance items
  • Murals or panels
  • Backordered products
  • Samples
  • Custom wallpaper
  • Gift cards
  • Discontinued

 

Freight

If your return is accepted, you will need to arrange your own freight at your own cost.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Aspiring Walls is not obligated to credit items not received or lost in transit.

Damages, faults, and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If an item(s) is deemed faulty, we will begin the process of arranging either a refund or replacement product. 

Aspiring Walls will investigate any product complaints. For the investigation to be thorough images of the item(s) as well as the label will need to be included in your claim. In some cases, a physical sample of the item(s) may be required for testing.

 

Exchanges
We, unfortunately, do not offer exchanges on items.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refund for cancelled orders

If your order needs to be cancelled, please contact our team immediately. Our team will advise if this is possible, depending on the status of the order. Once cancellation is approved, a refund will be applied less a 10% cancellation fee. 

Refunds
Once we receive your return in our warehouse, the item/items will be inspected. Your refund will be processed within 30 days after receipt into our warehouse. If you have not received a refund after 30 days, please contact our team for an update. Note, with refunds, there may be additional bank processing delays up to 15 days once the refund has been processed.
