Words from the artist, Sue Thomson... Inspired by our lovely kowhai trees, this design combines vibrant botanical detail with an organic earthy feel. The flowers are set against a natural linen-textured background in warm beige tones. The overall look is cheerful, distinctly New Zealand and reminiscent of spring time when the kowhai trees are in full bloom.
